Our Family Holiday Home
We purchased the villa in 2023 and it was renovated in 2023/2024 to use as our family holiday home.
We now rent the villa out for 3-4 bookings per year to help cover our running costs.

Our Location
Nestled in the heart of Kardamena, Kos, Villa Palios is a 3 minute leisurely stroll to Kardamena beaches. The villa is 6 miles from the airport (10 minute drive) with the main bars, restaurants and supermarkets all only a few minutes walk away - so no taxis required!
You will find us next door to the Nicolas Grand Suites hotel and across the road from The Cleopatra Superior hotels swimming pool.

Our Accommodation
The Villa is made up of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge, kitchen, outdoor bbq with sink, utility area with washing machine and a private swimming pool with seating ledge.
All rooms are fitted with aircon units and air conditioning is provided to guests at no additional cost. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi for guests during their stay.
